Understanding Memory to Perform Better

As part of our Wellness@Work program, we explored a topic as fascinating as it is essential: memory — the invisible pillar of our cognitive, emotional, and professional balance.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Amine Bennani, clinical neuropsychologist, who guided us through an in-depth exploration of how memory works.

He explained the processes involved in memorization, the factors that can strengthen or weaken it, and the key role of attention and executive functions in our daily performance.

Participants also had the opportunity to take the D2-R attention test, a leading neuropsychological tool that helps assess attentional profiles and better understand one’s own concentration mechanisms.

A workshop that was both insightful and practical, reminding us that cultivating memory also means strengthening our effectiveness — at work and in everyday life.
